🌱 Singapore Grants to Explore

Singapore offers more support for startups than many founders realise, especially for companies navigating innovation, healthcare, consumer growth and international expansion…plus there is 1:1 grant advisory offered for free by the Singapore government!

Thanks to a recent discussion with a Grant Expert at Enterprise Singapore, we were able to explore a few grants for femtech founders who meet the following criteria:

✅ Early-stage lifecycle (1-3 years old).

✅ Must be a Singapore-registered company.

✅ Must have 30% shareholding by a Singaporean or Permanent Resident.

1️⃣ Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) - Up to $30,000 SGD

PSG can support pre-approved digital tools and operational solutions that improve efficiency like:

• CRM and customer engagement systems

• HR and payroll platforms

• Accounting and finance software

• Cybersecurity and digital operations tools

• Creating and redesigning new roles

2️⃣ Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) Grant

MRA supports overseas market expansion activities including:

• International market promotion - e.g. trade shows, campaigns

• Overseas business development - e.g. agency contracts

• Market entry and localisation support

3️⃣ Energy Efficiency Grant (EEG) - $10,000 - $500,000 SGD

EEG is increasingly relevant across healthcare and wellness ecosystems.

Founders operating clinics, wellness spaces, laboratories or consumer product operations should consider how energy-efficient equipment and infrastructure can reduce long-term operational costs while aligning with ESG expectations from investors and business partners.

Starting with these three examples alone, femtech founders can leverage grants to reduce costs and:
